Step 1 – The Reality Check: We sanity-check work, logic, and decisions. We filter out test-passers and AI-polished CVs to ensure you find builders, not just those who know how to pass a test. ​
Step 2 – The System Check: Every candidate is interviewed by active CTOs and CISOs. They check the candidate’s system design and logic to ensure they haven't just "AI-passed" a generic test.
